About Natalie

After almost 14 years working for Alberta’s real estate regulator, the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA), Natalie Scollard decided it was time to see the industry from another perspective – as a licensed REALTOR®.

“I bring a unique real estate background to buyers and sellers in the Calgary area,” Natalie says. “During my time as RECA’s Communications Manager, I wrote extensively about the buying and selling process for consumers, and provided practice information and tips for REALTORS®. Now that I’ve joined the industry as a REALTOR®, I’m able to guide consumers through the buying and selling process in a more meaningful way.”

Natalie is confident that her experience with Alberta’s real estate regulator combined with her customer service skills help set her apart.

“Real estate transactions go most smoothly when buyers and sellers are comfortable with their agent; knowing they can ask questions at any time – and knowing that their agent is focused on their needs,” she says. “Over the years, I’ve seen the information needs that consumers have, and I know the emotional rollercoaster that can come along with buying or selling a home. My role is to make the entire process comfortable and far less daunting.”

Natalie has bought and sold property in the highs and lows of Calgary’s market – and is eager to help clients navigate both. When she’s not working with clients, or completing additional training and professional development, she’s most often found spending time with her two boys and her Labradoodle puppy, Monty.
